  • Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Shipping cost is determined at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website for up-to-date information on delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that once your order leaves our location, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, and we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

International Customs and Duties

International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely happy with your item, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, we are happy to assist. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting us prior to returning the item to confirm availability and to make the process easier for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved items, made-to-order pieces).
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).

  4. Refund/Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you are exchanging the item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help expedite the process.

Late or Missing Refunds
